Do I need both products?
No. The guard book and CRM work on their own. Together (suite) you save 15% and get the connection for free.
What counts as a user?
Every active login – office, dispatch and staff logins (e.g. for the time clock). Deactivated logins free their seat. Staff records without a login do not count as users in the CRM (STANDARD: up to 50 employees).
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of any month. Annual plans run for 12 months.
What happens when my license expires?
After a 14-day grace period the system switches to read-only. All data stays readable and exportable – nothing is deleted.
How do I get updates?
With a subscription or service contract your admins get a notification and update in one click – after an automatic backup. We maintain hosted instances for you.
Where is my data stored?
For hosted instances on ACHILON’s server, alternatively on your own server. You receive a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with the order.
What does the AI cost?
The AI assistant module costs €39 per month. Usage is billed by the AI provider through your own key – within the budgets and limits you set in the CRM.
Is there a trial?
Yes. After the demo you get a trial account; self-installed systems run 30 days without a license key.
Can we import our existing data?
We import customers, sites and staff from Excel/CSV as part of “set-up & training”. Tell us about your source.
Is the software finished?
The described features are implemented and tested. The platform is new; features marked “planned” follow in upcoming versions.
