01Suite & guard book connection
Shift plan and guard book talk to each other.
With the guard book connection module (included in the suite) the CRM connects to the guard book’s REST API.
- Import or link sites from the guard book
- Open incidents and recent guard book entries right on the CRM site page
- Clock in/out automatically creates “shift start” and “shift end” entries (optional)
- Permissions stay with the guard book: the CRM only sees what the connected user may see
02Security & privacy
What is implemented – no badge rhetoric.
- Strict tenant isolation – one customer’s data is never visible to another (tested automatically)
- Passwords with Argon2id, lockout after failed attempts, sessions end when permissions change
- Role and site permissions, access and change log
- Strict content security policy, CSRF protection in every form, no external scripts
- Stored secrets (AI keys, tokens) encrypted
- Daily database backup with checksum, automatic backup before every update
We only list measures that are actually implemented in the software. We do not claim certifications. You receive a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with your order.
Guard book: entries cannot be changed even by administrators; the database enforces this too. The integrity check reveals any later modification.

Perpetual + service contract
Buy once (30 monthly prices), service contract with all updates and support at 20% of the purchase price per year. The license stays valid forever.

Perpetual, no updates
Pay once and use the purchased version indefinitely. Later versions can be bought individually.
Licenses are signed keys verified offline – no phoning home. Every module can have its own model.
04Updates & versions
New features when they are ready.
Every version runs on our own systems first. Only then do we release it – signed.

Your admins are notified at login when your subscription or service contract includes a new version.

Under “Updates” they see what changed and start the update with one click.

A backup is made first; if the new version does not start, the previous one keeps running.
