2. Visiting the website, server logs
When you visit the site, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page, browser) to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest unless needed to investigate a security incident.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no local storage and embeds no analytics, advertising or third-party services. Fonts are served locally. The price calculator computes prices on our server without processing personal data.
4. Demo and quote requests
We store the details from the request form (company, name, contact details, information about your business, message) to handle the request and transfer them to our customer management system (ACHILON Security CRM, operated by us). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or (f) (answering enquiries). Deleted after 24 months at the latest if no business relationship arises.
5. Orders
For orders we process company, contact, billing and order data to perform the contract, issue the license, invoice and support you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Statutory retention periods (up to 10 years) remain unaffected. The order is transmitted encrypted to our CRM where we issue the license.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
7. Data security
Transmission is encrypted (TLS). Order and request data are stored in a non-public directory; the transfer to the CRM is signed.
8. Data inside our products
For data you process in the guard book or CRM you are the controller; we act as processor under the data processing agreement you receive with your order.
